Creatrust launches its securitisation Platform

This new platform can transform any types of assets into tradable securities.

It can be any receivables, shares, bonds, real estate asset, fund units, portfolio of assets, intellectual property right, derivative, any future flow of dividends, interests or an activity realised by a third party, a future sale price, art collection or any alternative investment assets.

 

Securitisation vehicles are used to transfer risk or deconsolidate the ownership off  the owner’ or issuers’ balance sheet/wealth.

Two solutions are available :

  • Creating a securitisation company or a fund
  • Using the Creatrust Securitisation Platform

 

This second solution is used for simpler transactions and can be rapidly set up (within a week).

 

Both solutions are bankruptcy remote and safe guard the underlying assets.
