Creatrust offers advice in all legal and social security matters and can provide guidance on important staff management issues.

Creatrust also advises on how best to optimise remuneration of highly skilled employees, directors, managers and partners, helping them fulfil their full legal tax rights.

 

We undertake all the formalities required for a company established outside the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and in which one or more employees are temporarily assigned to work in the country (ad-hoc representatives, A1 form).

  • Completion of all formalities in relation to the tax deduction slips
