Creavision 2015/19 - Reform of Luxembourg Corporate Law

 

For the centenary year of the 1915 Luxembourg Law on commercial companies, Luxembourg Parliament wishes to modernise some existing practices and to introduce further provisions to make Luxembourg corporate law more attractive. This draft law was proposed on April 2015.
