New Creavision® available: Bond Issuance and subscriptions via Clearstream/Euroclear

Issuance of bonds through private or public placement is used to raise capital from well-informed/professional investors. The bonds may be structured through a securitisation vehicle. In such case this financial instrument provides investors exposure to the income stream of a receivable or another asset.
