The Luxembourg government recently tool several corporate tax amendments in order to align its national legislation with the European regulation. The transposition of the latest amendments to the parents-subsidiairies directive and the extension of the benefit of exit taxation are one of the changes decided by the governemnt.

Moreover , new tax measures for 2017 have also be announced.
