Creavision 2015 /04- Loi Prospectus

 

On 3 July 2012, the law aiming at implementing the directive 2010/73/UE of the European Parliament and the Council of 24 November 2010 was voted, amending both the Prospectus law dated 10 July 2005 and the transparency law dated 11 January 2008. Objectives of this law are mainly to simplify rules on prospectuses for securities and on information about the issuers of transferrable securities on financial markets. The desire to upgrade investor protection is also sought.
